Before a solar project: what an evaluation must establish

An opportunity starts with questions and studies, rather than promises about capacity, permits or returns.

Start with the land

The owners consider approximately six hectares as an initial area for solar evaluation. Available land does not, by itself, establish generation capacity. A wider footprint depends on a credible proposal and qualified studies.

Resource and connection

An evaluation needs sufficient information about boundaries, terrain, access and applicable restrictions. The responsible professional must identify which data exist, how they were obtained and which checks remain outstanding. A photograph or diagram on this site cannot replace that work.

Solar resource, technical project conditions and electrical connection must also be evaluated. This site does not confirm irradiation, annual production, grid infrastructure or an available connection. These remain questions for specialists and the relevant organizations.

Conditions for a conversation

Permits, impacts and commercial conditions require their own reviews. No approval, financing, economic return or construction is guaranteed here. Stating uncertainty clearly helps compare proposals without turning expectations into facts.

Lease, sale and partnership remain open possibilities. None has been selected. This article organizes initial questions; it is not a feasibility study, contractual offer or technical or financial advice.
