MALCHINGUÍ · LAND AT THE MIDDLE OF THE WORLD

Rooted in the land. Looking toward the sun.

La Lombardia is family-owned land in Malchinguí, Ecuador, shaped by agriculture and years of care. Alongside its agricultural heritage, we’re exploring the potential for solar energy on part of our land.

01 / A PLACE WITH ITS OWN IDENTITY

Equatorial land. A new horizon.

La Lombardia lies in Malchinguí, in Ecuador’s Pichincha province, near the equator and approximately 2,600 metres above sea level. Here, the Andean landscape and our agricultural history meet a new possibility: exploring solar energy potential with specialist partners.

02 / THE PLACE WE COME FROM

A family story. A wider horizon.

La Lombardia is more than a place on a map. It is a family property shaped by the everyday work of caring for the land. Hass avocado planting, drip irrigation and the surrounding landscape are part of that story. As we consider new opportunities, the agricultural identity of the finca remains central to how we think about its future.

We know this land through years of living and working with it. Any new chapter should begin with an understanding of what is already here.
