Near the equator: geography does not prove solar yield

Location provides context, but cannot replace resource, climate and project data.

A place near the equator

Malchinguí is close to the geographic equator. That proximity is part of La Lombardia’s identity and may open a conversation about energy. It is not a measurement of the property’s solar resource.

From geography to evidence

Geography and energy are related but different questions. A production estimate requires appropriate data and evaluation of actual conditions, including climate and surroundings. This site presents neither an irradiation series nor a generation model.

Being near the equator does not mean an absence of rain or clouds throughout the year. We claim no uniform yield, quantified advantage or particular capacity. Any conclusion needs sources and methods that make its scope understandable.

The scope of an image

The proximity diagram on the solar opportunity page is illustrative. It is not a boundary survey, a panel footprint or a connection plan. We do not publish the exact house pin as though it were the property perimeter.

This article keeps the conversation precise: location describes where a place is; studies must establish what can be done there.
